I just wanted to let you know how great the people are, working for you. From Bob Goldberg (Salesperson), he made us feel special and adressed our needs and got us a great deal.

The person that did our financing, he was so friendly and helpful.
The girl I think her name was Beth and the boy helping her at the service desk - they were very pleasant and were working hard to take care of everyone's needs.

The boys who work in the service center gave us our walk through, answered all our concerns and were very friendly. They worked hard to install the awnings over the slide outs, the hitch, and load bars. We had an electrical problem that they worked until they got it right.

I recently purchased a 2012 Fleetwood Tioga 31N from Tom Raper in Richmond. I wanted to write a letter to express my strong thoughts on both our salesperson, Jordan Marowelli, and with the service we received at your service center. Jordan Marowelli was a joy to work with. Three years ago you helped us obtain our first motorhome, a B Plus. Recently we decided to upgrade to a Class A motorhome so we looked you up at the RV Show in Columbus. You walked us through the A.C.E. and we knew this is what we wanted. Mark Casebold is the sales rep who went out of his way to help me and my family become campers. Mark was fun and energetic. He was able to solve any fears I had of campers.

Charlie from service was most helpful. This kind gentlemen took his time to explain EVERYTHING I needed to know about my camper. Charlie is the guru of campers!

There was also one other man I want to thank but can't remember his name. He was from Service and installed the brake controller on my truck. I enjoyed talking to him about coon huntin' and his daughter. Again, this person went over and beyond to answer all questions I had about hauling a camper.
