Dear Tom Raper RVs,
Our experience with Tom Raper has been great. We purchased our first used 1984 pop-up campers from Tom Raper in 1990 and used it until 2006. We traveled all over the country with it, as our children grew up.
We literally wore the springs off of it then purchased a 2280 in 2006 and had several trips west.
We now are upgrading to a Roo. Two sons have purchased Rockwood pop-ups from Tom Raper. We camped together in Colorado this summer.
Tom Raper RVs has given great service to all of us.

I am a new customer of Tom Raper out of Richmond, IN. I was reluctant at first in purchasing a camper. Spending weekends in a confined area with my crazy family did not seem fun to me. However, through the persuasive ways of my wife, I decided to buy a travel trailer through you all.
Mark Casebold is the sales rep who went out of his way to help me and my family become campers. Mark was fun and energetic. He was able to solve any fears I had of campers.
Charlie from service was most helpful. This kind gentlemen took his time to explain EVERYTHING I needed to know about my camper. Charlie is the guru of campers!
There was also one other man I want to thank but can't remember his name. He was from Service and installed the brake controller on my truck. I enjoyed talking to him about coon huntin' and his daughter. Again, this person went over and beyond to answer all questions I had about hauling a camper.

I was in the store about six months ago and talked with salesman Dan Eggleston. I told him we were not close to doing anything. Unlike the other salesmen we dealt with at other dealerships Dan still spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions. When we got a little closer we know Dan was our guy. We were blown away with our treatment of the whole staff at Tom Raper in London" When we left we felt like they were all family.

My husband and I would like to thank the staff that assisted us with the purchase of our new motor home.
Our first motor home was a 2001 Damon Daybreak that we purchased from an elderly gentlemen who could no longer use it. We learned that we loved camping, via motor home, so much that we wanted to upgrade. So we purchased a Fleetwood Storm, from a different dealership than yours. We will call it "X" dealership.
After a year, we decided we wanted a floor plan that better suited our needs, so we thought about purchasing a Fleetwood Bounder; we liked the floor plan. But, we knew we wanted to search out a different dealership.
After much research, my husband located your dealership. So we started conversation, via phone, with Larry Rue, and that's where our fabulous experience began.
First, let me say that Larry was not only very friendly, but efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, as well. We found him to be very interested in our needs. As I stated earlier, we pretty much knew that we were going to purchase a Fleetwood Bounder. Larry said he had one that met our needs; so we set up an appointment two weekends ago to go and look at it.
When we arrived, Larry met us and we got started. Much to our surprise, we weren't as happy with the Fleetwood Bounder as we hoped we would be, and asked Larry to show us other units....whatever he had that was close to our price range. I was so surprised that Larry didn't get "ticked off" because I wanted to see "other motor homes". He graciously said "sure" and off we went! I was thrilled, because that was not the treatment we received from "X" dealership.
Larry was patient and kind; unlike other salesmen we have encountered. We knew Larry was the salesman for us. Larry told us that he had a unit that was a little out of our price range, but we might like it. Well, boy did we like it! It was a 2014 Allegro. We didn't really think we could swing the payment, but asked Larry to see what he could do anyway. It ended up that we just couldn't get together on the price, although we weren't that far off. So, we parted ways and headed home. We were all disappointed. But everyone has a budget they have to live within, and Larry understood that. We are no exception.
Half way home, we just couldn't get the Allegro off of our minds! We called Larry back to see if we could meet halfway on the payment numbers we originally discussed. Larry was able to get that done for us. We were so happy and so excited to be able to own a Tiffin Allegro. Since we were already halfway home, we scheduled with Larry to come back the next weekend and pick up the new Allegro.
We arrived early for our appointment with Larry. We were surprised when we saw him in our unit actually doing "cleaning touch-ups"! We chose the Allegro because of the attention paid to details. That said, we felt like Larry was paying attention to details. Again, something we did not experience at dealership "X", during our prior purchase. We appreciate everything that Larry did for us; he was AWESOME!
After that, John Isaacs did our walk-through. It was fabulous! He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. He is both professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were the only people on his schedule for the day. Again, not the walk-through experience we received at "X" dealership. Your dealership did an outstanding job with this!
From there, we met Jim Lakes. He was friendly, to the point, knowledgeable, and professional. Let me add efficient to that list, as the financial portion of things moved along nicely. He answered all of our questions.
Beth Cash worked on the final part of things. She also helped us with a temporary tag and coordinating our Progressive Insurance changes with Deb Jennings. Both ladies were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Deb is now our new Progressive agent.
The experience didn't end there! We received a nice $25 gift certificate to spend in your store and we did. The young men at the counter were very helpful. They even made sure we had our parts catalog to take home with us. It was service with a smile; something you don't see often in young people these days. Thank you for the gift certificate! We appreciated it! Again, a nice touch that we did not experience from "X" dealership.
Finally, when we went back to get in our new coach, we found the DVD that the nice young man took while we were getting our walk-through. What a nice touch!
Your dealership thinks of everything! Your staff's attention to detail from start to finish, of this deal, was amazing! You provide a world-class customer service experience and we thank you for it.
We plan to upgrade down the road, and we will return to your dealership. Again, many thanks!
On the way home, I asked my husband to rate his experience with your dealership on a scale of 1 - 10, compared to "X" dealership. He said it was a "10"! I echo that sentiment. Keep up the good work. We will send anyone we know, that is looking for a motor home, your way!

I'm sorry I didn't get to see you before I left yesterday but I was in a hurry. After I got home I realized a few more minutes wouldn't have hurt. I got home at the edge of dark and got settled in just in time.
